They’re regular people looking for ways to cope with anxiety and depression. They’re individuals struggling to break the cycle of generational trauma. They’re looking for help overcoming childhood trauma and learning how to heal from the past.
I take a holistic approach to healing, looking not only at the issue a client brings to therapy, but also at their current home environment, social system, and overall health and wellbeing. I often recommend exercise and meditation, as well as refer clients to other healers such as nutritionists, acupuncturists, and when appropriate, psychiatrists. I believe my clients to be the experts of their own lives, and I collaborate with them to find what works for them as a unique individual.
